Brick City Bath

Kris and Ricky completely remodeled our large, original bathroom after 23 years of use. They removed a jacuzzi tub, the original shower stall, two large vanities, the toilet, walls, flooring , light fixtures and vent fan. They installed a 5'x5' clear, thick glass shower, a new pedestal bathtub, new vanities, flooring, lighting, toilet and completely transformed the bathroom into a beautiful spa-like room. Ricky created a beautiful custom wall surrounding the bathtub. Kris and Ricky covered all of the bedroom furniture with plastic sheeting and covered the walkways from the front entrance door to the bathroom during the renovation. Supplemental ventilation was installed when drywall and flooring demolition was being done. Dust was minimized and cleanup was performed daily. We were very satisfied with the quality of their craftsmanship, the new shower installation, vanities, sinks, flooring, toilets, lighting and painting. I would give them 5 of 5 star rating or a 10/10 numerical rating. They were kind, thoughtful, courteous, well mannered and technically skilled. I have already recommended them to several friends. Kris and Ricky from Brick City Bath are two very talented, honest and hard working guys. They recently installed floors throughout my house and did an excellent job. They go beyond even when they come across problems that aren’t even part of their work. Then recently Kris came to help with installing a new kitchen faucet. Something that should have been straight forward but was complicated by the builder doing short cuts under the sink. But Kris fixed it all and did it in good time ! I will always call on these guys! We are loving our new bathroom from Kris and Ricky. We went from an old outdated bathroom with a terrible layout that just made no sense to a brand new space that’s not only beautiful but also usable! We had some unique ideas to convert where the old tiny shower was into more closet/storage space and they made it all work well. Any adjustments, changes, or questions along the way were all addressed and answered. Kris and Ricky are very personable and professional and easy to work with. Would recommend Kris from Brick City Bath to anyone needing a bathroom remodel. Ours was a total down too studs job. And they did wonderful. And they don't just finish and forget about you, called Kris with a small problem with door and he came out the next day and fixed it at No Charge!!

Kris did a great job replacing my shower. I love it! But I can’t say enough about their follow up. I asked for another bar and he drove an hour just to add that ay no charge! I mean you can’t get service like that anymore. I definitely recommend!

I called Brick City Bath to fix a reoccurring clog at the kitchen sink. Kris found that the entire length of the pipe was clogged with build up. He removed the entire line and replaced it within 2 hours. I thought it was going to take all day. Brick City Bath will show up on time and get the job done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Kris and his crew were efficient and a pleasure to work with. While the original estimate was that it would take them at least an entire day, they were able to knock it out in half a day. Which included some unplanned alterations they ended up needing to make on the doors that we ordered. They then took extra time to speak with us and educate us on the best way to maintain our particular shower doors.

I’ve used Brick City Bath for several jobs and I’ve never been disappointed. Chris and the crew have always put their necks on the line and have come through on everything they’ve promised (plus some). Brick City Bath did work to my home which I would rate their work with a 10. Ten being the highest rating. My wife was extremely happy, with their work, and I was happy too. The floor is beautiful, the bath is installed and finished to perfection. The cabinets, the sink, and the toilet…perfect. I want to thank them for there professionalism. We had our 20+ year old shower replaced due to a crack in the shower floor. Chris came out and gave us an estimate among others and my husband and I knew immediately we’d be proceeding with him. He was very professional, he listened and he made us feel comfortable with everything to come. Even with little hiccups in scheduling, Chris was amazing at communicating with us and would make a trip out here for anything we needed. The shower is BEAUTIFUL. He kept the floors clean and cleaned up his materials like he was never there.Also he was so sweet and patient with our girls (2 & 4). If you’re thinking of doing a remodel or even needing a repair.
